Advice for Those Hesitant to Love Again
When asked for advice by Suhasini Maniratnam for individuals reluctant to pursue love after setbacks, Mamta Mohandas offered thoughtful guidance. She suggested introspection as a crucial first step: "The first question I think they need to ask themselves is, why are they hesitant and closed? And what made them? Is it their family? Is it culture? Is it regret? Is there something that they did wrong?"
She further elaborated on the emotional barriers people often face, stating, "Most often, when people carry a negative emotion, such as being closed is because they have some element of hurt or regret that they have not really faced. And I think the best solution or the best first step would be to address those. Remove the knots that is there internally in your system or in your conscience. Therefore, you will become." This advice underscores her belief in healing and self-awareness as foundations for future happiness.
