Major Update: 'Patriot' Ban Lifted, Release Back on Track

In a significant related development, the much-anticipated multi-starrer film 'Patriot', featuring both Mohanlal and Mammootty, has overcome a major hurdle. The Film Exhibitors United Organisation of Kerala (FEUOK) has officially lifted the ban previously imposed on the film.

FEUOK president K Vijayakumar confirmed that the decision was reached following successful discussions with producer Anto Joseph. The conflict had originated from disagreements over revenue sharing models between producers, distributors, and exhibitors. With the issue now resolved, the film is firmly back on schedule.

Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, 'Patriot' is now slated for a theatrical release on May 1, marking a highly anticipated cinematic event for Malayalam film audiences.
