In a heartwarming reunion that spanned over a decade, American actress and writer Naomi Grossman recently visited Nagpur, India, to meet her former co-star and the world's shortest living woman, Jyoti Amge. The two share a unique bond from their time together on the acclaimed FX horror anthology series 'American Horror Story: Freak Show', which aired in 2014.
A Promise Kept After 12 Years
Jyoti Amge, who served as Naomi's guide during her visit, expressed immense joy at the reunion. She recalled, "While we were working together on the show, Naomi had promised me that she would definitely meet me if she ever came to India. I was really happy that she kept her word." This emotional meeting marked their first encounter in 12 years, highlighting the enduring friendship forged on the sets of the popular television series.

During her stay in Nagpur, Naomi Grossman was taken to several iconic landmarks by Jyoti Amge. The tour included visits to:

- Shree Mahalaxmi Jagdamba Mata Mandir, a revered temple dedicated to the goddess Mahalaxmi.

Naomi was captivated by the city's charm, stating, "Nagpur is amazing, and I had a wonderful time here. I met Jyoti after 12 long years. I wish I could have stayed longer."

She shared her experiences, revealing, "I got certified as a yoga instructor at an ashram near Palghar. I even visited Film City in Mumbai to see the set of Anupamaa." Looking ahead, Naomi is set to explore more of India's diverse landscapes, with plans to visit Goa, followed by Mysore and Kerala. She enthusiastically added, "India is very big and beautiful, and I will definitely come back soon."
