Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj has unveiled the first look of his highly anticipated new film, O'Romeo, marking a gritty reunion with actor Shahid Kapoor. The promo, released on the morning of Saturday, January 10, 2026, presents a dark and violent interpretation of unrequited love, with Kapoor embodying a gangster Romeo whose world is defined by aggression.

The one-minute-thirty-five-second teaser opens with Shahid Kapoor in a deceptively calm setting, lounging on what appears to be a yacht. The tranquillity is instantly shattered as he channels a fierce, Kabir Singh-coded intensity, cursing, "Who the f**k is messing with me?" The narrative quickly escalates into chaos, showcasing his character surrounded by his gang, laughing maniacally while firing guns and slashing at enemies without restraint. In a bold move, he breaks the fourth wall to directly challenge the audience, asking, "Is there any other warrior left?"
An Ensemble Cast of Contrasts
Beyond Kapoor's central, volatile performance, Vishal Bhardwaj offers glimpses of a formidable supporting cast.
