The office unit is situated in the Arc One building on Link Road, covering an area of 1,559 square feet. It has been acquired by Bilkish Associates Private Limited, with the deal also including three dedicated car parking spaces. The sale was officially registered on March 27, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 35.40 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
