The much-anticipated action entertainer 'Mark', headlined by Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeep, has officially been cleared for its theatrical run. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted the film a U/A certificate, paving the way for its grand release.
Worldwide Release Locked for Christmas Day
The production house behind the film made the official announcement on its social media channels, confirming the certification and the release date. The post declared the film as "Certified. Charged. Ready" and announced a worldwide release on December 25th. This news has generated significant excitement among fans, especially since the director-actor duo's previous collaboration, 'Max', was a major box office success.
Kichcha Sudeep, who has high hopes for this project, has previously expressed immense gratitude for his dedicated team. He emphasized that the film was a collective effort born from an idea he shared with director Vijay Kartikeyaa. "All these people -- they made 'Mark'. That is my experience. Everybody worked very hard. Nobody took any rest," Sudeep remarked during a media interaction.
Kichcha Sudeep's Humorous Take on Co-star Yogi Babu
In a lighter moment, Sudeep shared a funny anecdote about working with popular comedian Yogi Babu, who is part of the extensive supporting cast. He joked about Babu's incredibly busy schedule, comparing his arrival on set to paying for a vehicle in instalments. "This person comes in instalments... We would have shot all through the night and would be packing up for the day and leaving when we will be called back to the set by the director because Yogi has arrived. 'If we leave him, he will again go,'" Sudeep quipped.
When asked why the entire unit, including the lead star, would wait for Yogi Babu, Sudeep turned serious, highlighting the comedian's exceptional talent. "That is because this man has that kind of talent. He is an asset," he stated, before praising his entire crew for their seamless, round-the-clock work ethic and unified vision.

'Mark' boasts a formidable ensemble cast that includes Roshini Prakash, Deepshika, Naveen Chandra, Guru Somasundaram, Vikranth, and Yogi Babu alongside Kichcha Sudeep.
