The Tamil version added Rs 45 lakhs, while the Malayalam version contributed Rs 10 lakhs. Region-wise, the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (APTG) region alone generated Rs 48.00 crore. Karnataka contributed Rs 5.75 crore, Tamil Nadu added Rs 1.50 crore, Kerala recorded Rs 25 lakhs, and other regions combined added Rs 5.16 crore.
Occupancy Remains Steady Through the Day
'Peddi' also registered encouraging occupancy numbers in theatres. The Telugu 2D version recorded an overall occupancy of 67.92 percent on Day 1. Morning occupancy began at 59.54 percent, which gradually increased throughout the day. Afternoon occupancy stood at 62.69 percent, evening occupancy reached 72.77 percent, and night shows climbed to 76.69 percent. The IMAX Telugu version recorded 24.44 percent overall occupancy, while the Hindi 4DX format registered an overall occupancy of 36.70 percent.
