Bollywood actor Wamiqa Gabbi has expressed immense gratitude as her latest film 'Bhooth Bangla' crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film was released on April 17 and features Akshay Kumar and Tabu alongside Gabbi.
Gabbi took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from the film, calling it her first project to achieve this milestone. 'My first 100 crore film. Grateful beyond words to Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and Farah Khan, along with the entire cast and crew who believed in this film and gave it everything. 'Bhooth Bangla' is as much yours as it is ours,' she wrote in the caption.
She added, 'And to the audience... thank you for seeing it, feeling it, and slowly making space for it... and for me. Every step here has been earned, learned, and deeply felt. This is just the beginning... I'll keep showing up, keep growing, and keep entertaining you... always.'
The film revolves around Akshay Kumar's character Arjun Acharya, who inherits an old haveli or 'Bhoot Bangla' from his grandfather. Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films, the movie has been well-received by audiences.
