Daisy Shah has candidly spoken about the challenges that come with meeting large crowds. While she values the love she receives from admirers, the actress admitted that some situations at public events can become uncomfortable. The 'Jai Ho' actress explained in a recent interview that celebrity appearances often involve thousands of people. In such crowded settings, it is not always possible to notice every request for a photograph or greeting. As a result, some fans may feel ignored, even when there is no intention to overlook them.
Daisy Shah on Misunderstandings in Large Crowds
Recalling what usually happens at major events, Daisy told Bollywood Bubble, "Sometimes what happens is, you go to an event, there's like a crowd of say 3,000-4,000 people. You know, you don't realize, as you walk, someone might have asked for a picture and perhaps you didn't even notice. So that person will get offended: 'Oh, she didn't give me a picture.' But that is not the case. Maybe I just didn't realize that you asked me for a picture." The actress said such misunderstandings are common and difficult to avoid. Even a brief moment of inattention can be interpreted negatively.
Daisy Shah Doesn't Even Want to Engage
Daisy also described instances where she felt uneasy because some people approached her while under the influence of alcohol. She said, "And there have been instances where I have gone to certain events and, you know, at such close proximity, there are like two or three people who are... like I can smell that they are reeking of alcohol. And I'm like, I don't want to associate... like I don't even want to engage with this person. But you can't get rude because there are other people also."
According to Daisy, these experiences are simply part of being a public figure. She acknowledged that it is impossible to satisfy everyone, especially when thousands of people are present at one venue. The actress said that fame brings constant observation and frequent misunderstandings. Despite that, she tries to maintain her boundaries and respond courteously whenever possible. She added that in certain situations, the best approach is to quietly move ahead rather than react emotionally.
On the professional front, Daisy was last seen in 'Mystery of the Tattoo'.
