Philip DeFranco to Give Away Entire $1 Million MrBeast Prize to Subscribers
DeFranco Gives $1 Million MrBeast Prize to Subscribers

Philip DeFranco has announced that he plans to give away the entire $1 million prize he won in MrBeast’s recent YouTuber challenge. The longtime creator shared the news in a TikTok video on June 16, stating that the money will go to his subscribers rather than staying in his own pocket. According to DeFranco, 40 people will receive $25,000 each, though he has not yet explained how fans can enter the giveaway.

Unexpected Victory

The surprise announcement came shortly after DeFranco was revealed as the winner of MrBeast’s 50 YouTuber Challenge. DeFranco admitted that he never expected to win the competition and was shocked to be invited in the first place. He said he originally joined because he wanted to see what a MrBeast production looked like behind the scenes, believing he would likely be eliminated early in the contest.

Decision to Give Back

In his video, DeFranco explained that winning the challenge was never part of his plan. With 50 creators competing, he thought his chances of making it far were very small. Instead, he survived round after round and eventually won the entire competition along with the $1 million prize. After his victory, DeFranco decided that the money should go to the people who have supported him throughout his career. He said the giveaway is for his subscribers, whom he often refers to as the “beautiful bastards” of Franco Nation. His current plan is to divide the money equally among 40 winners, giving each person $25,000.

Allegations of Vote Tampering

While discussing the challenge, DeFranco also shared an unexpected claim about what happened during the competition. He said that after filming, he learned some creators may have been offered money to vote against him in the final stages of the contest. DeFranco pointed to comments made by fellow creator JC Caylen, who said during a livestream that he had allegedly been offered money not to vote for DeFranco. DeFranco stated he had no knowledge of any alleged attempts to influence voting while the challenge was taking place. He also thanked the creators who supported him and helped him reach the final victory.

Awaiting Giveaway Details

For now, fans will have to wait for more information about the giveaway. Although the prize money is already set aside for subscribers, DeFranco has not yet announced the entry process. He said additional details will be shared soon, allowing viewers a chance to compete for a portion of the $1 million won in MrBeast’s challenge.
