Hailee Steinfeld Shares Postpartum Experience

In a recent issue of her newsletter, Beau Society, the Sinners star discussed reading The First 40 Days. She wrote, "Every word has resonated…" The actress added, "There's a paragraph early on that talks about how even forty days after giving birth, you're still in such a vulnerable state. People understand that about your new baby, but they don't understand that about you, the mom."

Steinfeld continued, "I'm still in this early period…and need to remember to be super gentle with myself in every way — physically, mentally, nutritionally, spiritually, all of it." The couple has not shared photos of their daughter's face or her name, emphasizing their desire for privacy.

Josh Allen Focuses on Recovery and Team

As Steinfeld takes a career break to care for their newborn, Allen is preparing for the next NFL season. After sustaining a metatarsal avulsion fracture in his right foot last season, he is focused on full recovery. Speaking at the Buffalo Bills' minicamp, Allen said, "Connect, compete, condition. And then come out here and just have a lot of fun and play some football."

He added, "We're competing at a very high level…Guys are flying around; we've done a good job of connecting." While Steinfeld prioritizes family time, Allen gears up for the upcoming season.
