Dr. Amen explained that this reduced frontal lobe activity could be directly linked to the chronic stress Kim experienced while preparing for the California bar exam held in July 2025. "With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that's not good for you, especially as you're studying and you're getting ready to take the boards," Amen told Kardashian during the session.

Despite the concerning scan results, Dr. Amen provided reassuring news about potential Alzheimer's risk. The specialist confirmed that Kim Kardashian does not have a high risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and noted that she demonstrated extraordinary positivity during the assessment.
