Pawan Kalyan meets teen with rare genetic disorder

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday met a teenage fan suffering from a rare genetic disorder in Telangana. The Jana Sena chief visited 17-year-old Niranjan at his residence in Hanumakonda, near Warangal.

Teenager's Condition

Niranjan, whose physical growth has been severely impacted by the disorder, is bedridden, according to a PTI report. Kalyan learned about the teenager's wish to meet him through party leaders in Telangana.

Emotional Meeting

Deeply moved by Niranjan’s condition, Kalyan embraced him and interacted warmly. He spoke with the teenager’s parents about his health and extended financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh. Kalyan also handed over ‘kalyanam akshatalu’ (sacred rice grains) from the Tirupati Venkateswara temple to the family.

Fulfilling Wishes

Kalyan watched videos of Niranjan dancing to his songs, recorded when the teenager was in good health, and praised him. Fulfilling Niranjan’s wish for a puppy, Kalyan assured the family he would arrange one. He also agreed to help his parents set up a food stall.

Post-Visit Activities

After leaving Niranjan’s residence, Kalyan offered prayers at the Bhadrakali temple in Warangal. The visit highlighted the deputy CM’s personal touch and commitment to his fans.
