Mohsin Akhtar, the former husband of Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar, has announced his remarriage. On Sunday, he took to Instagram to share several pictures from his wedding ceremony and introduced his new wife, Nidhaa Bhatt, to his followers.

The announcement comes months after reports surfaced regarding the end of Mohsin's marriage to Urmila Matondkar. Speculation about trouble in their relationship first emerged in 2024, with later reports claiming that Urmila had filed for divorce in a Mumbai court in September of that year.
