Dhawan's Stance on Privacy and Parental Choice
During a Q&A session held on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, the 38-year-old actor was directly asked by a fan, "When reveal Lara face ??" Responding with a principled stance, Dhawan emphasized personal autonomy. He wrote that he would "rather leave that decision with her," firmly believing that a presence on social media should be a child's own choice, not a decision made by their parents.
Varun Dhawan and his wife, fashion designer Natasha Dalal, welcomed their first child, daughter Lara, in June 2024. While the doting father has occasionally shared glimpses of his life with Lara on his social media accounts, he has consistently used emojis or other means to cover her face, maintaining her privacy from the public eye.
