Ironically, he never wanted to know about the mystery woman from his past in the first place, and now that the truth is out, everything has changed. Discovering that Dr Vaani is not only the woman he loved but also the one he was about to spend his life with before his memory loss brings a flood of emotions and even more unanswered questions. What makes the situation even more complicated is that Dr Dev has already moved forward in many ways. His equations with Dr Srishty and Dr Vaani are not the same anymore. For Dev, it is not about looking back at the past anymore. He is now trying to understand his feelings and decide who truly matters to him."
