Zayn Malik Cancels the U.S. Leg of the Tour
On April 17, Malik released his latest album, 'Konnakol.' Following this, it was announced that he would embark on a tour to promote the album. However, in a recent social media update, the singer revealed that most shows for the 'Konnakol' tour have been scrapped. Initially, the tour was set to include at least 32 tour dates. Now, with the U.S. leg canceled, he will reportedly perform only 9 shows as part of the tour. In his post, he apologized to fans who were looking forward to seeing him perform live.
He wrote, 'I've been at home recovering, and I'm doing well and will be better and stronger than before. I've had to take another look at my schedule for the months ahead and have to reduce the number of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour.' He also expressed his desire to get on the road and perform as much as possible for his fans. The tour was originally scheduled to begin on May 12, but it will now kick off on May 23 in London.
