Acclaimed composer Hans Zimmer, known for his iconic scores in films such as Interstellar, Blade Runner, and Blade Runner 2049, is set to return to Australia later this year. The Oscar and Grammy-winning musician will embark on his Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level tour in October 2025, performing across five major cities.
Tour Dates and Venues
According to Rolling Stone Australia, the tour will commence at Perth's RAC Arena on October 12. From there, Zimmer will head to Adelaide's AEC Arena on October 15, followed by the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on October 20. He will then perform at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on October 24 and conclude at Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena on October 28.

Tickets for the general public go on sale on June 3 at 2 PM local time. Frontier members can access presale tickets on June 2.
What to Expect
Zimmer described the upcoming shows as an immersive experience, stating, "I want fans to feel like they're at a rave party or riding a roller coaster. For me, every show is a new voyage of discovery. The greatest challenge is the status quo – you have to do everything in your power to leave it behind and find and create something new."
The composer recently completed the European leg of his tour, which included 50 arena shows across 17 countries and attracted an estimated 600,000 fans.
Current Projects
Zimmer is currently collaborating with A.R. Rahman on the score for the upcoming Ramayana film. He remains one of the most successful and sought-after composers in the industry.
