Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun is currently immersed in the production of his highly anticipated mega sci-fi film 'Raaka', directed by the renowned filmmaker Atlee, famous for his work on 'Jawan'. According to the latest reports, the makers of this eagerly awaited project are taking unprecedented steps to secure legal protection for Allu Arjun's distinctive mannerisms and dance steps featured in the film.
Makers Plan Legal Protection for Signature Style
As reported by Moneycontrol, the production team has approached the Delhi High Court to obtain copyright protection for these unique elements. If granted permission, other individuals would be prohibited from using Allu Arjun's mannerisms, dialogue delivery style, and signature moves from 'Raaka' for any commercial purposes. Typically, popular dance steps and hero mannerisms become viral trends among fans after a film's release, but this time the makers aim to safeguard these signature styles legally. Previously, Allu Arjun's iconic 'Taggede Le' style from 'Pushpa: The Rise' became a nationwide phenomenon, with people of all ages imitating the style and sharing videos online. That mannerism significantly contributed to the film's massive popularity. Now, fans eagerly await the unique style that 'Raaka' will introduce.
Production Progress and Potential Delays
Currently, the shooting of 'Raaka' is progressing rapidly. However, reports indicate that certain scenes are being re-shot to enhance the final output. As a result, the film may take longer to complete than initially anticipated. Earlier, fans believed the movie would release soon, but there are now possibilities of a delay. Despite these changes, the makers are reportedly focusing intensely on visuals and technical quality to ensure the film meets international standards.
'Raaka' First Look
Earlier, on Allu Arjun's birthday, the makers unveiled the title and first look of the leading star from the film. In the poster, Allu Arjun appears strikingly different, featuring kohl-lined eyes, a receding hairline, and a thick grey beard. He partially covers his face with a clawed hand and stares directly ahead, a pose reminiscent of his X (formerly Twitter) profile picture. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone plays the female lead, and the film is also reported to include Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna.
