The shooting of Chiru158 is progressing at a fast pace. A major schedule is now taking place in Pollachi, where Chiranjeevi and the principal cast are filming several important scenes. A special video released by the team congratulating the makers of Ram Charan's Peddi has been receiving a positive response across social media platforms.

According to a Cinema Express report, Bobby Kolli has designed the film on a much larger scale than his previous projects. The story is said to feature high-voltage moments and a powerful character for Chiranjeevi. The Godfather actor, known for his commanding screen presence, will reportedly be seen in one of the most intense roles of his career. To suit the character, he has also undergone another notable physical transformation, as seen in a video of him lifting heavyweights at the gym.
The film marks the second collaboration between the actor and filmmaker after the blockbuster success of Waltair Veerayya. The team is expected to announce the female lead and the remaining cast members in the coming days. The music is composed by S Thaman, while Vijay Kartik Kannan handles cinematography. Avinash Kolla is serving as the production designer, and Antony L Ruben is overseeing editing. Interestingly, this project marks the production house's first Telugu film after producing several successful films in other languages.
