The Fern Jaipur, Series By Marriott, is set to host a ten-day Gujarati Food Festival at its Restaurant Conversation from May 15 to May 24, 2026. The event aims to bring the authentic flavors of Gujarat to the city, offering a diverse menu of traditional delicacies.
Festival Details
According to a press release issued on Wednesday by Amulya Nidhi, Cluster General Manager of The Fern Rajasthan, Series By Marriott, the festival will run daily from 7 PM to 11 PM. The hotel has specially hired Chef Vikram, an expert in Gujarati cuisine who has conducted numerous Gujarati Food Festivals at Fern properties in Ahmedabad and across India.
Menu Highlights
The menu features a wide array of authentic Gujarati dishes. Starters include Methi Na Gota, Lilva Kachouri, Bhungla Bateta, Mini Handvo Bites, Surti Khamani, and Patra. Main course attractions consist of Sev Tamatar nu Shaak, Undhiyu, Tuvar Lilva Shaak, Gujarati Kadhi, Dal Dhokli, and Bhakhri. Breads such as Thepla and Bhakri will also be available. For desserts, guests can enjoy Malai Basundi, Mohanthal, Ghughra, and Sukhadi.
Organizers have invited food enthusiasts to visit with family and friends to savor these Gujarati specialties prepared by a dedicated Gujarati chef at The Fern Hotel on Tonk Road.
