For a long time, the film has been referred to as 'NTRNEEL' because the makers had not revealed the official title. Now, it appears that the film's title has finally been unveiled ahead of the teaser's release.

According to the latest update, the official CBFC website reportedly listed the title 'Glimpse of Dragon' for the teaser certification. This has generated immense excitement among fans, as many now believe that 'Dragon' is the final title of the film. The teaser runtime has also been disclosed, and it is said to be 4 minutes and 35 seconds long.

Glimpse to Arrive on Jr NTR's Birthday

The makers had already announced that the film's first glimpse would be released on May 20, 2026. The special video is expected to drop at midnight as a birthday treat for Jr NTR, who will turn 43 on the same day. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the actor in Prashanth Neel's mass action world, combined with Jr NTR's mass appeal.

Additionally, reports suggest that announcements regarding his upcoming projects, including the sequel 'Devara 2' and 'God of War' with director Trivikram Srinivas, are also expected to be made on his birthday.

Cast of 'NTRNEEL'

'NTRNEEL' is described as a high-budget action entertainer packed with powerful moments. 'Kantara' fame actress Rukmini Vasanth is expected to play the female lead in the movie. Veteran actor Anil Kapoor is also said to have an important role in the film.

Earlier, reports claimed that Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas would play the main villain. However, the actor later confirmed that he had to leave the project due to his Malayalam film commitments. After Tovino Thomas stepped away, reports started indicating that the makers are now in talks with Shahid Kapoor for the antagonist role. Still, the team has not officially announced anything yet.

The movie was initially planned for release on June 25, 2026. But the makers later postponed the film. The movie is now officially set to hit theatres on June 11, 2027.
