Patna-based educator Khan Sir has alleged that his coaching centre was attacked, vandalised, and fired upon by unidentified assailants. Claiming that the institute's success and low-fee education model had upset certain groups, Khan Sir said CCTV footage of the incident has been submitted to the police and that the security guard has identified the accused. He further alleged that individuals linked to a nearby coaching institute were responsible and had earlier issued threats against his centre.
Meanwhile, Kartikeya K Sharma said police are treating the matter as a physical assault case, with the injured security guard undergoing treatment and statements being recorded as part of the investigation. Authorities have not yet confirmed Khan Sir's allegations regarding the identity of the attackers.
The incident has sparked concerns about safety at educational institutions in Patna. Local residents and students have demanded a thorough investigation. Police have assured that all necessary actions will be taken based on evidence.
