About 'Maanikya'

His last directorial venture, 'Maanikya', is an action drama about an architect who returns from abroad to transform his ancestral village. During his journey, he uncovers family conflicts, betrayals, and hidden truths about his parents. The film was a major commercial success and received widespread acclaim from audiences. It was a remake of the Telugu hit 'Mirchi', starring Prabhas.

Kichcha Sudeep's Upcoming Project

Regarding his upcoming work, Sudeep is currently involved in 'Billa Ranga Baashaa' (BRB), directed by Anup Bhandari. This large-scale project is set in the futuristic world of 2209, making it one of the most ambitious films in Kannada cinema. The project had completed an initial schedule before production was paused during the making of 'Mark'. Filming is expected to resume in June 2026.
