The longest-running serial on Malayalam television, Mounaragam, has finally come to an end. The cast and crew recently completed their final day of shooting, and the experience was deeply emotional for everyone involved.
Actress Aishwarya Ramsai's Emotional Farewell
Actress Aishwarya Ramsai, who portrayed the character Kalyani in the show, shared a heartfelt note on her social media account. "I never prepared myself for a day like this. I never really thought about how I would move on. From 2019 to 2026, it feels like completing school from 6th to 12th grade and finally stepping out into the world," she wrote.
She expressed profound gratitude to the Malayali audience for accepting her, a non-Malayali from Tamil Nadu. "First, I want to thank the universe. I am deeply grateful to my family and my fans, who supported me throughout. I owe you all so much. To the people of Kerala: I'm from Tamil Nadu, and the love and affection you showed me, accepting me as one of your own family, means everything to me. My heartfelt thanks to all of you," she added.
Thanks to Co-Stars and On-Screen Husband
In her note, Aishwarya also thanked her co-stars, especially Naleef, who played her on-screen husband. "My co-artists. I truly feel blessed to have met people like you in my life. And @naleef_gea, such a disciplined person. I've never seen someone like you. I sincerely hope our friendship lasts a lifetime," reads the note.
