In the latest episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', Parth witnesses a group of men harassing Vaishnavi. He immediately rushes to her aid but ends up being overpowered and beaten by the goons. However, Rio arrives on the scene and intervenes, fighting off the attackers to save Parth. After ensuring Parth's safety, Rio punches him and instructs him to protect Vaishnavi, though Parth becomes upset with Rio's teasing remarks.
Tulsi's Retirement Plans
Meanwhile, Tulsi discusses her intention to step back from her responsibilities and grant power of attorney to either Parth or Rio. Hemant questions the wisdom of giving complete authority to a single individual. Tulsi reassures him that the family will continue to oversee the business collectively.
Parth's Anger Over Rio
When Parth returns home injured, the family grows concerned. Tulsi thanks Rio for saving him. However, Parth becomes agitated when Rio speaks about protecting Vaishnavi and refers to Karan as his father. Parth firmly tells Rio not to call Karan his dad.

Later, Tulsi and Nandini find themselves at odds again regarding Rio. With Damini present, Tulsi gathers the family and announces that it is time to pass responsibilities to the next generation. She brings out the household keys and asks either Damini or Nandini to take charge. Hemant's wife refuses to accept the responsibility. Tulsi says she will not force her decision and leaves the choice to them.

Both Damini and Nandini believe Damini should take the keys because she is the elder daughter-in-law. However, when neither can decide, Tulsi steps in. She assigns Damini the responsibility of managing the finances while Nandini will handle the day-to-day work of the household. Tulsi then gives the keys to Nandini, leaving Damini heartbroken.
Damini's Concerns About Her Son
Tulsi asks Damini if she is upset with her decision. Damini asks Tulsi not to justify her choice. Instead, she asks Tulsi to think about who will make the final decisions in the future.
