Lindsay Lohan, alongside co-stars Kit Harington and Shailene Woodley, has been diligently working on their upcoming drama series titled Count My Lies. Created by Isaac Aptaker, the mini-series is currently in production, with the trio recently spotted filming various scenes. Newly released set photos showcase the actors fully immersed in their respective characters.
Filming in New York City
According to Just Jared, the three actors were seen filming for their new series on the streets of New York City. Lohan was observed undergoing multiple outfit changes. In one scene, she was spotted walking outside a brownstone apartment, carrying suitcases and bags, with a worried expression. She sported blonde hair, an off-white cami, a brown jacket, signature blue jeans, and white pumps.
In another scene, Woodley, best known for her role in the Divergent franchise, was seen assisting the Mean Girls star by unloading bags from the back of a moving truck. She wore blue jeans, a sheer peplum black top with floral prints, and strappy black heels. Kit Harington, the Game of Thrones star who plays the male lead, was seen walking down a flight of stairs in front of the apartment building. He wore tapered greyish-blue dress pants, a light beige polo shirt, and dark brown loafers, while carrying a leather office briefcase.
This series marks Lohan's official television debut.
About 'Count My Lies'
The series is a direct adaptation of the best-selling novel of the same name by author Sophie Stava. The plot follows compulsive liar Sloane Caraway (Woodley), who fibs her way into a nanny position for the gorgeous and charismatic Violet (Lohan) and Jay Lockhart (Harington). It seems she has finally landed her dream job, but little does Sloane know, she has entered a household brimming with secrets that are about to explode, with potentially catastrophic consequences for all.
In addition to Lohan, Woodley, and Harington, the cast includes Katherine LaNasa from The Pitt, as well as Sophia Bush and Lou Diamond Phillips. While the premiere date has not yet been announced, it has been confirmed that the mini-series will be available for streaming on Hulu and will also air on television.
