The film is set in a futuristic world where humans can "hop" their consciousness into robotic animals.

Viewers will also get crucial updates on the highly anticipated live-action Moana, starring Catherine Lagaʻaia as Moana and Dwayne Johnson returning as Maui. Directed by Thomas Kail, the film is slated to hit US theatres on 10 July 2026.

Produced by Disney executive Sally Hopkins Conner and handled by EverWonder Studio, with executive producers including Michael Antinoro, Tiffany Faigus, Ashley Edens, and Alfonso Ribeiro, the 2025 edition promises a spectacular, family-friendly Christmas celebration. It seamlessly blends the iconic parade from Magic Kingdom Park with special segments filmed at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, ensuring a truly global Disney experience for viewers in India and around the world.
