Mehboob Rehman Mollah, aged 55, worked as a teacher and served as a BLO. He experienced a sudden cerebral attack and required immediate hospitalization. Medical professionals are currently treating him, but his condition remains serious.
Mollah resides in Chandpasha Paschim Muslim Para. This area falls under booth number 110 in Kashinagar, Raidighi. His family members state that the increasing responsibilities of his BLO role completely overwhelmed him in recent weeks.

Murad Hossain Bagani, a local resident and relative of Mollah, provided details about the situation. Bagani explained that Mollah was employed at a school within the Diamond Harbour subdivision.
"He was unmarried, known for his energy and dedication," Bagani said. "But he privately shared with close friends about the immense mental strain from the BLO work. The pressure was becoming too much for him to handle."
According to Bagani, Mollah frequently discussed the difficulties he faced. "He often spoke about the constant pressure and the challenging questions people asked him during voter verification tasks. This work caused him significant stress," Bagani added.
