Second Incident in Malkapur
In a separate case, a 19-year-old student from Malkapur died by suicide on May 1, a day before the results were officially announced. According to police, the student had been experiencing severe stress and anxiety in anticipation of the results. The family reported that he had been withdrawn and anxious for several days.
Both cases have been registered as accidental deaths, and investigations are underway. Police have urged parents and teachers to remain vigilant and provide emotional support to students during this critical period. Counseling services are being made available in schools and colleges across the district.
