Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 gms salmon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper

Method

To begin, whip the egg whites well. Grease a baking tray and place the whipped egg whites on it in the shape of a bread bun. Bake for 60-90 seconds at 180 degrees Celsius.
