Ancient Rituals and Traditions

Nath yogis, saints, and countless devotees participated in the ritual of filling Baba Gorakhnath's khappar with khichdi. This practice has deep roots in the Nath sect's customs. After completing the rituals, temple authorities opened the sanctum sanctorum for the public.
