The baithak holds immense importance for followers of the Vaishnav sect, as it is one of the 84 sacred seats where Shri Vallabhacharyaji recited the Shrimad Bhagwat and delivered discourses during his travels. With his birth anniversary approaching on April 13, organizers are increasingly concerned that the ongoing LPG shortage may also disrupt the distribution of prasad during the celebrations, potentially affecting thousands of devotees.

Temple sevak Nitinkumar Parikh explained that the restriction on LPG cylinders has forced them to limit cooking strictly to essential offerings for the deity. "We made concerted efforts to arrange additional cylinders to meet the requests and needs of our devotees, but we were completely unable to procure any from suppliers," he stated. Parikh emphasized that the decision was taken with great reluctance and heavy hearts.
"We absolutely did not want to disappoint our devoted followers who come seeking spiritual nourishment, but the current situation has left us with no viable alternative," Parikh added. "Our sincere hope is that normalcy returns swiftly so that we can conduct our celebrations and services without these painful constraints that affect our community's religious practices."
