Platform for Local and Independent Authors

A significant highlight of this year's fair is the dedicated stall for local writers, providing them with a valuable platform to display and sell their books. Fair coordinator Manoj Chandel emphasized that the primary aim is to support emerging and independent authors from the region who often lack representation by major publishing houses.

"We are committed to creating opportunities for talented writers who deserve recognition," stated Manoj Chandel, highlighting the fair's role in fostering literary talent.

Cultural Programs and Attractive Discounts

Beyond the book stalls, the fair will feature a rich lineup of cultural programs over the 10 days, adding to the festive atmosphere. Visitors can look forward to engaging performances and activities that celebrate Lucknow's cultural heritage.

In terms of affordability, the fair will offer substantial discounts to encourage book purchases. According to Manoj Chandel, visitors will enjoy discounts of up to 50% on select books, depending on the publishers' offers. Additionally, a minimum discount of 10% will be available on all purchases, making this an excellent opportunity for book enthusiasts to expand their collections.

The Lucknow Book Fair at Ravindralaya is poised to be a landmark event, promoting literacy, culture, and community engagement in the heart of the city.
