Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Dry Roast the Semolina

Begin by dry roasting the semolina on medium heat until it turns slightly aromatic. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Curd Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk curd with water and salt until smooth. Keep it aside.
