For the coating, semolina is mixed with rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and chopped coriander leaves. The marinated fish is coated with this mixture on both sides, then shallow-fried in oil on a tawa until golden brown and crisp. It is drained on absorbent paper and served hot with onion wedges, lemon wedges, and green chutney.

French Fries: The Classic Crispy Snack

This method ensures perfect fries every time. Potatoes are cut into even slices, trimmed into fingers, and soaked in water to remove excess starch.
