Emirates Thanksgiving Festive Menus on US Flights

Emirates Airlines is transforming Thanksgiving travel for international passengers with an exclusive festive dining experience across its US network. From November 24 to 30, travelers flying to and from all 12 of Emirates' US destinations will enjoy specially curated Thanksgiving menus in every cabin class, bringing authentic holiday flavors to the skies.

Gourmet Thanksgiving Menus Across Cabin Classes

The airline has designed distinct culinary experiences for passengers traveling from the US and those heading to the US, with particularly elaborate offerings in First Class. First Class passengers flying from Dubai to the United States will be treated to a main course of Traditional Turkey Leg Roulade accompanied by roasted butternut, mashed potatoes, buttered Brussels sprouts, and cranberry jus lié. Their journey begins with smoked salmon appetizer and concludes with warm apple fritters or key lime tart for dessert.

Meanwhile, First Class travelers flying from the US to Dubai will savor Lemon, Zaatar, and Buttermilk Roasted Turkey served with celeriac apple purée and maple-roasted pumpkin. They'll start with a luxurious seafood platter featuring caviar, poached prawn, and crab cocktail, followed by either hot toffee apple and pecan cake or chocolate marble cheesecake.

Business Class passengers can choose between the turkey roulade or lemon zaatar turkey options, complemented by premium sides like salmon gravadlax with Beluga caviar. Dessert selections include key lime tart or cheesecake with strawberry basil confit.

All First, Business, and Premium Economy customers will begin their travel day with a special Thanksgiving breakfast featuring cinnamon pancakes topped with seasonal apple & cranberry compote and whipped ricotta pumpkin cream. Business Class travelers receive additional treats of complimentary blueberry muffins and cinnamon rolls.

Extended Festive Experience in Lounges and Onboard

The Thanksgiving celebration begins even before boarding, with holiday dining available in select Emirates Lounges starting November 23. US-based Lounges in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco will serve roasted mushroom bisque followed by Cider-Brined Turkey Breast with brioche stuffing, traditional gravy, cranberry compote, and creamy mashed potatoes.

In Dubai Lounges, guests can enjoy roasted turkey breast with glazed chestnuts and roasted root vegetables, followed by a dessert spread that includes classic pecan pie, white chocolate and cranberry cheesecake, and pumpkin cranberry cheesecake.

The festive atmosphere continues onboard with special holiday mocktails and cocktails such as Pumpkin Spiced Martini and Maple Pumpkin Sangria. Passengers flying on the iconic A380 aircraft from Dubai to Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. can visit the Onboard Lounge where First and Business Class customers are served pecan cupcakes with cream cheese frosting paired with premium beverages.

Entertainment options during the Thanksgiving period include live NBA games on Sport24 and Sport24 Extra channels, plus access to 6,500 channels of movies, TV shows, and holiday-themed content through the ice entertainment system.

Ticket Pricing and Booking Recommendations

While the special Thanksgiving dining experience comes complimentary with every ticket purchased on US routes, final pricing varies significantly based on travel dates and cabin class. Round-trip Economy fares between the US and Dubai typically range from approximately $1,200 to $2,200 (AED 4,400 to AED 8,100).

For the enhanced Business Class experience, which includes lie-flat seats and exclusive lounge access alongside the special Thanksgiving menus, passengers should expect prices ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 (AED 11,000 to AED 18,350) or higher.

Travel experts recommend booking six to ten weeks in advance to secure the best value during this peak holiday travel period. Travelers seeking the most current pricing for specific dates should utilize Emirates' official online search tools and consider using Skywards Miles for potential savings.

This comprehensive Thanksgiving program represents Emirates' commitment to delivering exceptional holiday experiences both in the air and on the ground, ensuring international travelers don't miss out on traditional celebrations while crossing continents.
