The Nagaland tourism department, working together with district administrations of Dimapur and Chümoukedima, has established two crucial facilities for incoming visitors. These centers have been strategically positioned at the senior tourist officer's office in Dimapur and at Dimapur airport, ensuring travelers can access information and necessary documentation immediately upon arrival.
Streamlined ILP Process for Tourists
The newly opened centers will serve a dual purpose as information hubs and ILP facilitation counters. Most importantly, they will facilitate and issue offline tourist inner line permits (ILPs) for all visitors entering Nagaland. This move is expected to significantly streamline the entry process for domestic tourists who require the mandatory permit to visit the state.
