In a move to accommodate the surge in holiday travelers, the South Western Railway (SWR) has announced the operation of special express trains connecting Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru to the coastal town of Karwar. The service will include two round trips in each direction to clear the anticipated year-end rush.

Special Train Schedule and Timings

The special train service will operate on specific dates at the end of December. Train No. 06267, the Yeshwantpur–Karwar Express Special, will depart from Yeshwantpur at 12:00 noon on both December 24 and December 27. The journey is scheduled to conclude at Karwar station at 6:10 AM on the following day.

For the return journey, passengers can board Train No. 06268, the Karwar–Yeshwantpur Express Special. This service will leave Karwar at 12:00 noon on December 25 and December 28, arriving at Yeshwantpur at 4:30 AM the next morning.
