Dehradun: Uttarakhand Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (retd) delivered a keynote address at the closing ceremony of the Tehri Lake Festival in Tehri Garhwal on Sunday, emphasizing the event's significant contributions to the state's tourism, cultural heritage, and environmental stewardship.
