This observation underscores the judiciary's commitment to upholding justice and protecting vulnerable minors from such atrocities.

The prosecution built a robust case by presenting statements from 22 witnesses and submitting 26 documents in court. This comprehensive evidence played a crucial role in securing the conviction, highlighting the thorough investigation and legal proceedings in this sensitive matter.
Case Details: Victim's Disappearance and Subsequent Ordeal
According to government lawyer Vinod Sharma, the victim's mother filed a report at a police station in Alwar district on November 7, 2024. The report stated that her 14-year-old daughter had slept at home on the night of November 6, but was discovered missing the next morning when the mother went to wake her for tea.
The family immediately suspected a young man and went to his house, only to find him missing as well. The matter was promptly reported to the police, who initiated a search operation. After the girl was located, she revealed to the authorities that the accused had taken her to Bhiwadi with his friend.
The victim recounted being confined in a room for several days, during which both accused subjected her to gangrape. This harrowing account formed the core of the prosecution's case, leading to the severe penalties imposed by the court.
Legal and Social Implications of the Verdict

It emphasizes the legal system's role in deterring such offenses and providing justice to victims, while also addressing broader societal concerns about child safety and welfare.
