In his official complaint, Gurkar stated, "I assisted the girls in getting up from the road. As they prepared to leave, I stopped them to inform them about the damage to my cab and requested payment for repairs. In response, the girls began hurling abusive language at me and physically assaulted me." This initial confrontation quickly spiraled out of control as the intoxicated girls reportedly used their helmets as weapons to attack Gurkar before attempting to flee the scene.
