Shocking Family Tragedy Unfolds in Betul District Village
In a deeply disturbing incident that has sent shockwaves through the community, a 30-year-old man from Sanwaga village in Madhya Pradesh's Betul district is alleged to have committed a horrific act of violence against his own family members on Thursday. The suspect, identified as Deepak Dhurve, is accused of killing his parents and younger brother, along with fatally injuring the family pet cat, while also causing serious harm to his five-year-old nephew.
Victims Identified and Suspect Apprehended
The deceased victims have been officially named as Raju alias Hansu Dhurve, aged 55, who was the father; Kamalti Dhurve, aged 40, the mother; and Dilip Dhurve, also 40, the younger brother of the accused. The young nephew, Prashant Parte, sustained severe injuries during the violent episode and is currently receiving intensive medical care at a hospital. Authorities confirmed that Deepak Dhurve was taken into custody directly from the crime scene without any resistance.

What they discovered inside was nothing short of horrifying. Deepak Dhurve was found sitting calmly in close proximity to the three lifeless bodies of his family members. Additionally, the body of the family's pet cat was discovered inside the house, leading investigators to believe the animal may have been killed during the same violent outburst.
