Police in Bhopal have launched a manhunt for four unidentified individuals following a disturbing complaint of assault and sexual humiliation filed by a 48-year-old labourer. The Kolar police station registered the case after it was transferred from the Mandideep police jurisdiction.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the victim, a resident of Mandideep, was allegedly taken by the accused on their motorcycle to the Kolar area. The incident reportedly began with verbal abuse after the labourer could not provide them with gutkha, a chewing tobacco product.
The situation rapidly escalated from verbal taunts to physical violence and severe sexual humiliation. The complainant stated that one of the assailants threw away zarda supari (another form of chewing tobacco) during the altercation, subjecting him to what he described as extreme physical and mental trauma.

After perpetrating the alleged acts, the four accused men fled the scene. However, before escaping, they reportedly issued a dire threat to the victim, warning that they would kill him if he dared to approach the police.
Defying this intimidation, the 48-year-old labourer mustered the courage to file a formal complaint. His statement led to the registration of a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
