First Raid in Ramnagar: 24 Bovines Rescued

The initial operation unfolded within the limits of the Ramnagar police station, where a joint team comprising LCB officers and personnel from the Chandrapur police sub-division intercepted a truck suspected of illegally transporting cattle. In a separate but simultaneous raid under the Nagbhid police station jurisdiction, the LCB collaborated with the Brahmapuri sub-division team to stop another truck involved in illicit cattle transport. This operation resulted in the rescue of 30 cattle, including cows, bulls, and bullocks.

The rescued animals from this raid were relocated to a recognized gaushala (cow shelter) in Lakhani, Bhandara district, where they will receive proper shelter and attention.
