Balachandar, expressing interest in purchasing two plots, negotiated a deal with Baskaran for a total price of 15 lakh rupees.
The transaction proceeded with Balachandar making payments to Baskaran through a combination of bank transfers and cash during 2024. However, as Baskaran began to delay the completion of the sale process, Balachandar grew increasingly suspicious. He decided to conduct his own inquiries into the property's ownership.

Upon investigation, Balachandar discovered that the land in Kamadhenu Nagar did not belong to Baskaran but was owned by another individual.
