Chennai Man Stabs Wife in Public View Over Infidelity Suspicions

In a shocking incident of domestic violence, a man stabbed his wife in full public view near Semmencherry in Chennai on Wednesday night. The attack reportedly stemmed from long-standing suspicions of infidelity.

Details of the Violent Confrontation

According to police reports, the accused, identified as Satheesh, 32, a resident of Semmencherry near Thoraipakkam, had been suspecting his wife Devi, 27, a nurse by profession, of infidelity for some time. This suspicion had led to frequent quarrels between the couple, ultimately causing Devi to move to her sister's house to escape the hostile environment.
