Umesh Kumar, the victim's younger brother, provided crucial information to the authorities. "My elder brother Ajay used to drive a loading e-rickshaw," Umesh stated. "When he crossed the Sector 91 lights towards Phase 7, a speeding Scorpio near the DGR Punjab office hit his e-rickshaw with great force."
