A tragic incident unfolded in Indore late on Wednesday night, where a young woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances. The victim has been identified as Jagruti Karma, a 22-year-old student originally from Rewa district.

The events came to light when Harsh Mishra, a friend of the deceased, reportedly found Jagruti hanging inside a house in Saikripa Colony. According to police, Mishra claimed he discovered her at around 9 pm on Wednesday. He immediately rushed her to MY Hospital for medical attention.
Doctors at the hospital conducted an examination and declared her dead upon arrival. The hospital authorities then informed the Khajrana police about the case. The police received the call from the hospital at approximately 11:30 pm, initiating their investigation into the sudden death.

Jagruti Karma was a student at MIT College in Ujjain. She had come to stay with Harsh Mishra in Indore's Saikripa Colony about a week before the incident. Police sources indicated that the two appeared to be in a live-in relationship. Harsh Mishra is the son of Rohit Mishra and is originally from Dewas.
