Kochi Police Conducts Major Road Safety Meeting with Private Bus Operators
In a significant move to address growing concerns over road safety, the Kochi city police organized a comprehensive awareness and coordination meeting for private bus operators on Tuesday. The session, held at the District Training Centre, was convened in response to a noticeable increase in complaints related to private bus services across the city.

- Private bus drivers must obtain a police clearance certificate and wear uniforms at all times while operating vehicles.
- Bus owners are required to record and maintain daily details of drivers operating their vehicles to facilitate quick identification if needed.
